Plural form

'Umbarells' non-English form is displayed in most of the sources throughout the article, removing it from the lead section seems thus inadequate. Please add your comments in case you want to contest it. Juliette Han (talk) 17:18, 8 May 2020 (UTC)

Psychology

I have read a lot about what an Umarell is, but I have not been able to find any information as to why an Umarell is. It would be nice if we could add a section about the psychology/reasoning behind why this phenomenon exists. It cannot be just a coincidence that so many elderly men would be interested in construction work in Europe. I have not found a source for this yet, but I figured I would throw this idea out here to get the ball rolling. Artartartart (talk) 22:07, 16 January 2026 (UTC)

I tried looking for a source, but the closest I could come across is this article by The Guardian (hey, a reliable source for a minor article!) that hasn't been used here yet. Do with it what you will. Did you come here from the 25th Anniversary by the way?
