Why is there an area apparently blurred out on a Google map view?

When looking at a Google satellite view of Udvada, in the southern 'pan-handle' there is a large area around 'Sod Faliya (cricket) Ground' which is blurred. Does anyone know why? Are these just clouds? I've never noticed them like that before anywhere, although on that same image about a mile to the east I do see similar 'blurs', some of which clearly follow straight line objects like roads (eg, https://www.google.com/maps/place/Udvada,+Gujarat+396180,+India/@20.4775438,72.8769512,891m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x3be0db13e6822727:0xa13cffa8d27b8b72!8m2!3d20.4863158!4d72.8722249. ) (Perhaps this will show the area around Sod Faliya: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Udvada,+Gujarat+396180,+India/@20.4789883,72.8640528,375m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x3be0db13e6822727:0xa13cffa8d27b8b72!8m2!3d20.4863158!4d72.8722249 ) It really looks peculiar.
