Biography in disguise

[edit]

This article appears to be a biography of Koteir Uda. Perhaps it should become his biography, instead. The two Hebrew sources are primarily about the imprisonment of the organization's boss, only mentioning that he heads a criminal organization. The sole English language source seems to name each "organization" after the name of its so-called boss, but doesn't go into details about these organizations. Rather it seems more like a collections of biographies of the bosses, instead. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 12:50, 15 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Google searches for "Uda organization", "Koteir Uda" and similar only seems to return this Wikipedia article and the cited English language source, among a lot of results for the Ulster Defence Association. The title doesn't seem to be a commonly recognizable name A machine translation of the Hebrew articles translates the boss person's name as "Cottier Odeh" or "Kotier Odeh" After further research I have found an English language source that refers to this person as Cottier Odeh in English, and calls his "organization" a "crime organization", "criminal organization" as well as a "crime family" all within the same article. This further suggests the article name is not a recognisable one. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 19:35, 16 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
