Need to mention Trump's attendance as a spectator

Regarding this reversion, @Marty2Hotty. I disagree. The cited article was on the front page of AP News with the title Ulberg delivers first-round KO to win light heavyweight belt as Trump takes spotlight at UFC 327. This is a top quality secondary source saying that Trump was a major part of this event, so we need to work it into the article somewhere to get the WP:WEIGHT right. I would have added it as a sentence in an existing section but I couldn't find a good section, so I created a spectators section, but feel free to work it into a different location if you'd like. –Novem Linguae (talk) 20:42, 12 April 2026 (UTC)

Trump has been in attendance at UFC events at least a dozen times. You cannot do that for every UFC event where celebrities show up, which is many. Converse with other major MMA wikipedia editors and they will say the same. If there was something significant involving his involvement, that might warrant it. Musk and Zuckerberg have appeared many times, as have Kid Rock. Is that worth mentioning too? I think not. Marty2Hotty (talk) 02:29, 13 April 2026 (UTC)
