Proposed Change of Title

I am thinking that we should move this page to U-18 Baseball European Championship, given that the event name has changed based on an official source (https://www.wbsceurope.org/en/events/2024-u-18-baseball-european-championship/home). (I agree that the grammar of the new name is not the best, but I didn't decide on the name.) However, there are over 200 articles that link to this page, and updating all those links is a big task, so getting any feedback on this potential move (even if substantively uncontroversial) would be welcome. The "Baseball European" naming convention is firmly established (see https://www.wbsceurope.org/en/calendar/2025/baseball), so I'll likely proceed with updating the article accordingly unless there is a counterpoint anyone would like to offer.

Incomplete table
