I edited “Typhoon Verbena” to “Severe Tropical Storm Verbena” because it is the PAGASA/Philippine Intensity for Koto, we will only use its strongest intensity within the PAR when we apply this line “known in the Philippines as (Intensity and Name)”. We only use the PAR Intensity, not the intensity when specific areas within the PAR was still being affected. Mickomicks (talk) 09:06, 14 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
