Size?
[edit]Looking at the page and its IBTrACS page, (https://ncics.org/ibtracs/index.php?name=v04r01-1976246N09157) I noticed that Fran had a radius of outermost closed isobar at 13.4 degrees of latitude, which would be a diameter of 26.8 degrees of latitude. Converting this to kilometers, I get 2,977.48 kilometers, which would be larger than even Typhoon Tip (1979). I am not sure though, as several other typhoons have similar sizes to Typhoon Fran, and were also larger than Tip. I am also not sure as this may violate original research guidelines here on Wikipedia.--The Space Enthusiast (talk) 19:06, 3 July 2024 (UTC)
