"CLASS" ???

[edit]

Somebody moved this article from "Type C3 ship" to "Type C3 class ship". This is NOT a "class" of ships in the typical naval sense -- it is a type of ship built during the WWII era. As far as I know, the word "class" is never used in connection with these ships. I think the article ought to be moved back. --Lou Sander (talk) 13:25, 6 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

I know that it is 2025, but I agree. It is a type of ship, with multiple classes based on the same type of design. I am going to request moving it back to the “Type C3 ship”. Spiny Alligator 321 (talk) 16:38, 21 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Request to move page back to “Type C3 ship”

[edit]

I would like to move the page back to “Type C3 ship” for the title to be more consistent with similar pages such as “Type C2 ship”, as well as making the title more correct as the type C3 ship wasn’t a class of ship but a type of ship. Spiny Alligator 321 (talk) 16:45, 21 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
