Need sources

Information I cannot yet find reliable sources (i.e., note blog, encyclopedia or similar non-reliable sources) for include:

• Regarding the 1944 bombing: The Library suffered the most damage, the ceiling being destroyed and several works by William Silver Frith were lost. However the magnificent white marble fireplace which had been in the Library with sculpture by Frith was saved and was moved by the Astors to Cliveden, their country residence. • The vestibule opens on to the Staircase Hall with fine oak panelling and a chimneypiece in pavonazetto marble.--CaroleHenson (talk) 20:39, 22 August 2012 (UTC)
• They were replaced, for a time, by seven bronze sculptures with a Robin Hood theme by the sculptor David Williams-Ellis. Nicholls mahogany carvings were kept in storage but have been re-instated as part of the staircase in 2011. --CaroleHenson (talk) 20:46, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

Since I wrote my article in 2011, cleared at the time by the Bulldog Trust, who were happy with what I had written, the article has been changed many times and not always for the better- some of the English used is very clumsy!

I made a decision some time ago not to write further pieces for wikipedia, as so often changes were made it seemed to me "for changes sake" and undermined the article but was asked to create a Pedia Press book of certain of my articles including that on Two Temple Place. As a consequence I have changed some of the previous reworkings but am still unhappy with the article as it now stands and dearly wish it had been left alone.Weglinde (talk)
