Hopefully this won't be controversial, but I moved this back to Two Countries. All of the sources we cite spell out the number, and the poster itself is stylized to include a numerical 2, but if you look closely, 'two' is written out over the number. The '2' appears to have just been a stylistic choice for the poster. Ultimately, all WP:RS call it "Two Countries" and I do not see any indication that this should be overruled by the poster alone.
