Lets clean this page up and make it higher quality

[edit]

I think this page is somewhat poorly made. Just for starters i move that sexual intercourse be taken off or at a minimum moved to the see also section of this. see http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/game. I don't think game has a broad enough definition in common usage to encompass this in the same hierarchy level of importance as the others.

Also, i move that we make a listing of games by categories, see the section i stated below. It would be more useful and help people research and learn about different types of games based on their interests. Idk if the categories already exist or not, i'm going to keep looking for them on wikipedia. Here is a first guess at some categories i imagine might exist.

let me know what you think! Let's collaborate!

cheers, eric. --Pointblankstare (talk) 19:36, 15 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Categories idea - to put in template boxes under various games?

I'm going to look, but feel free to throw any reasources of other web articles on this topic for citations. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pointblankstare (talkcontribs) 19:58, 15 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

The ideal i think would to have game types and based in and give a few examples of each. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pointblankstare (talkcontribs) 19:56, 15 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Game types: video, board, card, language, social, guessing

Games based in: strategy, mathematical, action

if the words seem abstract to you, for:

  • language
  • social
  • guessing
