I'm in the audio coding field (author of Speex) and this is also completely incomprehensible to me. It might as well be (and could very well be) pure rubbish. I'd vote for deletion as there is no usable information whatsoever in there. Jmvalin (talk) 01:47, 7 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
