I feel that this is a very weak article. A picture of this so called Tunis cake would add a lot.

I'd never heard of Tunis Cake until today when my sister in law mentioned one as an alternative to Christmas cake. The description given on the 'article' page is apparently correct. There are lots of different pictures on the internet. It would seem to be nothing more than a fruitless sponge with chocolate topping and some decoration.
