Notable? (draft it maybe?)

Okay this article makes it sound like something from some show/book/film/video game, when in fact it seems to be something else entirely and might be more notable then it appears. I prodded this as I was unsure, I very rarely prod articles anymore but this one I was unsure about. It seems like this might just need to be drafted. Wgolf (talk) 02:55, 2 June 2019 (UTC)

@Hakonagustsson: Why did you add {{Infobox book}} as opposed to {{Infobox company}}? This doesn't make sense to me; Tulipop is a company that has created a fictional world, not the other way around. – Lord Bolingbroke (talk) 17:57, 26 July 2019 (UTC)

Proposal to Replace Outdated Article with Updated Draft

I have prepared a fully updated and sourced rewrite of this article as a draft: Draft:Tulipop.

The current article has not been substantially updated in years and lacks coverage of recent developments. The draft includes more recent sources and a clearer structure. I’d appreciate any feedback or consensus on replacing the current article with this updated version.

@Albertsdottir8: Thank you for opening a discussion on the talk page. With that being said, I oppose replacing article. The draft has copyright issues (all of the images have been uploaded without proper licensing information); it has a promotional tone, with many inappropriate external links embedded in the text; and it is too heavily reliant on self-published sources. Is there any specific content in the article you would like to be updated? I could potentially help you copy over specific content from the draft to update parts of the article. I’ve gone through the process of uploading the images to Wikipedia and completed the relevant forms, so I’m unsure what might still be missing for the licensing information to be considered correct. I would be truly grateful if you could clarify what needs to be adjusted.

Regarding the article text, I’m happy to revise it to ensure it’s less promotional. If there are specific sections that stand out as particularly problematic—perhaps the merchandise section?—I’d really appreciate any guidance you can offer.

Many of the current references are self-published, as this is a relatively young company and there’s unfortunately limited coverage from independent sources. I’ve done my best to work with what’s available.

The main updates I’m hoping to make include replacing the outdated logo, which is no longer in use, and updating the character descriptions, which are also quite out of date. The company now focuses primarily on TV shows, but the current article doesn’t reflect this shift at all—it hasn’t been updated in over five years. I’d love to include information about the cast, crew, broadcasting channels, and related developments.
