A good start - the introduction seems to contain all the key information that can be expanded in the main article. Will need a short title when publishing - maybe Truth Commission (Chad) to follow existing article models? Dwebsterbu (talk) 01:40, 24 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

The starter section is good, as I said. Can't comment on the rest of the draft as yet, of course. When it's ready, you should move the article to the Wikipedia mainspace.
