Info about triple-click in XP is wrong?

I’m the idiot who first added Triple-click to the Wikipedia Double-click article – I didn’t know how to start a new article. A person smarter than I created this Triple-click article in July 2007 and moved all the Triple-click-related updates (mine and everybody else's) out of Double-click. I never saw triple-clicks discussed anywhere – I learned about them through experience. I suspect that could be true for many of the triple-click updates.
I started a chat with Microsoft Support and asked: “Where is triple-click documented in Word documentation?” The response:

The actual bulleted item in “Highlight notes in OneNote for Windows” (third bullet under Tip) is:
• To select a word quickly, double-click it. To select an entire paragraph, triple-click any word in the paragraph.
And that’s not entirely true for MS Word since it appears you can triple-click anywhere in a paragraph, including on any space. That includes the space before or after the paragraph and even in the margins within the vertical space occupied by the paragraph. However, when you have the up and to the right pointer in the left margin instead of the I pointer, the clicks are:
• Single: select the line • Double: select the paragraph • Triple: select the entire document
Incidentally, “Highlight notes in OneNote for Windows” is devoted entirely to using colors to highlight your text. That third bullet is the last thing in the section. I think they weren’t planning for everyone to see that note.
