@Iamwretched: In 2014, you added a tag to this article that suggests a complete rewrite of this article. Why would a complete rewrite be necessary? Jarble (talk) 06:55, 23 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

@Jarble: The article seems to be based on some rather old and narrow university course notes (see External links section). The sentence about translation in Turkey is irrelevant. For the rest, the article only mentions, very briefly and superficially, two authors of note, Berman and Toury.
