I'm not familiar with math notation, but find this article a valuable addition to my computer science knowledge. It would be useful for the article to preface the statement "A -> B" with how to read it. Is is "A depends on B", "B depends on A", or something else?

In addition, it would be useful to mention that {Book} represents not just the title, but the entire book entity, including its contents. Every book says that transitive dependencies of only nonprime attributes matter in 3NF. Nowhere I have seen an example that shows a prime attribute having TD with the primary key in a relation that is in 2NF. Is it even possible?
