Untitled

UBR+ (UBR Plus) is an important QoS pscification that doesn't seem to get mentioned. The Plus is an ABR like enhancement that sets a minimum cell rate. Other details are unknown to me. I mention it because some PVC values for DSL and Cable providers that I've come across use UBR+ QoS.. ~ Signed, Neil Sandy

I converted a hyphen to a mdash. I also changed the table layout to use class="wikitable". I also made the references real wikipedia-style via the <ref name="foo">bar</ref> tags. --Ysangkok 19:48, 5 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
