Merge proposal
[edit]It's suggested to move Tailrace Tunnels into this article, as the former is a component of the latter. The original proposal was made in 2008 and doesn't appear to have been commented on, but it makes sense to me, so count me as a Supporter. PKT(alk) 14:43, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
