Some Guy's Opinion

[edit]

The popular TV series didn't portray Tonto in a negative way. It portrayed him as a trusted adviser and heroic companion.

Tonto speaks

[edit]

Why is it relevant to mention that "Unlike Zorro's servant Bernardo (Tote Du Crow and Gene Sheldon), Tonto speaks but does not use sign language"? --Duckwing (talk) 14:46, 10 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Tonto's horse

[edit]

Wasn't his first horse named "White Fellow" rather than "Big Fellow"? Not a pinto, either; Scout was a pinto. 75.58.119.202 (talk) 18:39, 17 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Apaches

[edit]

Isn't there an Apache tribe, the Tonto Apache? Also, Lenny Bruce did a sketch about the Lone Ranger and Tonto. WilliamSommerwerck (talk) 15:31, 26 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

geography

[edit]

"The Potawatomi originated in the Great Lakes region, but in the 19th century, most had been relocated to the midwestern states." Look at the Wik map of the Midwest, and you will see that much of it is Great Lakes states, making this sentence pretty confusing.Kdammers (talk) 16:09, 18 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
