On 8 October 2025, the Philippine House of Representatives adopted House Resolution No. 15, formally commending Marie Antoinette “Toni” Sarangaya Leviste for becoming the first Filipino to win an international FEI Prix St. Georges competition — achieved on 19 July 2025 at Flémalle, Belgium. The resolution recognizes this as a milestone for Philippine equestrian sport.

Not done No need to mention. This is WP:ROUTINE. Its not a rare occurrence for either the House or the Senate to honor athletes' milestone through a resolution. The Flemalle CDN achievement itself is already mentioned. Hariboneagle927 (talk) 08:36, 2 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
