Neoconservative?

The article currently states Tom Marr is a "neoconservative". Really? Where is the cite? He doesn't characterize himself as such in his online biographic page at tommarr.com. Moreover, he sometimes fills in for author and talk show host Mark Levin, a solid conservative who wouldn't tolerate a "neoconservative" talking to his audience.
