That's a 404, too, all info successfully eliminated. Only found my note from Feb. 2009 re P. budget of 4.7 billion (before O.) for 27,000 staff to influence public opinion. It's second hand now. 58.174.193.2 (talk) 00:24, 20 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
