Orphan?

I removed the "orphan" status because a link to this article is provided in the E. A. Poe template - which means every Poe poem or short story that has a Wikipedia article links to it. That's somewhere around 50 articles as I write this. So, it doesn't seem orphaned to me. Midnightdreary 15:41, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

I removed the irrelevant part of my comment. I think that further research needs to go into Sarah Helen Whitman and her relation to the poem. Unsure, how that is not relevant to the poem. JSussman30 (talk) 20:23, 12 July 2025 (UTC)

According to the Edgar Allan Poe Society of Baltimore, Edgar Allan Poe wrote two poems entitled "To Helen." One of the poems being that poem dedicated to Sarah Helen Whitman. The poems are distinct from one another. The poem the Wikipedia page is an earlier poem of the same name that Poe wrote for Jane Stanard. JSussman30 (talk) 20:29, 12 July 2025 (UTC)
