Player Protection section is garbled

"According to Tipico, security and player protection are part of the product promise." Ambiguous -- football players? Security for whom? "product promise"? Means what?

"The provider focuses on the early identification of risky gaming behavior based on scientific models." Okay, but what models? WHOSE science? "Derived from this, targeted interventions allow Tipico to offer each customer the level of protection she or he needs to enjoy the respective offers safely." Now we really get into the weeds -- what "targeted interventions"? Any oversight? Any statistics? The "offer" of "protection" (from what threat?) to "enjoy respective offers" -- what is that? A mistranslation of company promotional material?

Company promotional material: "The betting provider has a full-time customer service team, customer protection team and cooperates with external partners from science and the aid and consulting sectors. Does Tipico have any better luck being accountable than, say, Facebook?
