Old Man Draft?
[edit]I don't believe mention in the "Old Man Draft" of 1942 necessarily had anything to do with employment status: I have seen the "Old Man Draft" card for the son of a wealthy factory owner who was neither unemployed nor under-utilized. I'm unsure why this article mentions the "Old Man Draft" because it was not unusual to be included in it, which never actually drafted anyone, but merely kept their names on file "just in case."
