Overall: Article is new enough and long enough (we do the same thing with ducks, drives my mom crazy). Hook fact is cited. Copyvio tool spots no issues, just some direct quotes. Image is not used here, but I'd recommend looking into using it as fair use - copyright in the US covers toys and statuettes, which these little Jesuses (Jesi?) are. Love the disambiguator. @Crisco 1492: It's so funny you bring up "Jesi", that's what my brother calls them lol. In terms of the image, the trend is similar enough to Jeep ducking in regards to both items being made in several similar-but-different forms by several different companies. I believe if an image like File:Jeep Ducking.jpg can be kept this one should be fine, but what do you think? My second QPQ is done, but if there's anything else you want done please let me know. ...somehow the order of the comments above got messed up. I hope this isn't inappropriate, but I'm placing a tick further down just so it can be seen to those uninvolved that this nom is in fact complete. Comment: @HistoryTheorist: Source 2 states that the figurines are a little more than one inch tall, which is referenced in the lead and body of the article as stating the figurines are only about an inch (2.5 cm) tall and slightly over 1 in (25 mm) tall, respectively. globally?

The lead states the trend has spread globally, but the article is almost entirely about US. Yes, there is one sentence cited to https://www.greenevillesun.com/news/local_news/a-little-jesus-goes-a-long-way-miniature-figurines-make-their-way-to-greeneville/article_5c6756e6-3330-11ef-bfe4-c74167fbf153.html that claims this has spread to "eight countries", but do we even know what eight? All that could mean is that eight people outside US posted some social media pic with this... this is very thin source to make such a claim. @Johnson524 @HistoryTheorist _{Piotrus at Hanyang| reply here} 02:26, 26 June 2026 (UTC)

@Hanyangprofessor2: Why would you think that's the only source? The trend started in the US and is likewise most popular there, but its still spread globally. The 'Reception' section of the article talks about its use in a town in Australia, published by a local Australian source, the 'History' section talks about its promotion by a Mexican beauty pageant, published by an Indian source, and the aforementioned Greenville Sun source said people from eight different countries had people claim to send the pastor a Tiny Jesus from where they're from. @Johnson524 At minimum, it does not show globality - can you show a source that discusses Asia, Europe or Africa? The sourcing supports a claim that it has been noticed in several countries, but not that "globally". _{Piotrus at Hanyang| reply here} 01:34, 28 June 2026 (UTC)

@Hanyangprofessor2: Several countries across the globe though. Since when has globally strictly meant 'seen on every continent'? Geographically speaking, Australia is the furthest the trend could get from its origin point of South Carolina minus the ocean. I really don't see the problem, but I've changed the wording from The trend has since spread globally to The trend has since spread outside its origins in the United States, which is a little long-winded, but is best I could think of while not using the word 'globally'.
