Current events in Views on threats to democracy and pursuit of freedom

[edit]

The section Views on threats to democracy and pursuit of freedom is longer than the rest of the article combined and a hard, disjointed read. It has probably grown out of proportion following recent events, but would benefit from some editing and trimming down. At the current rate, in 4 years, this section will be larger than Wikipedia in some smaller languages (assuming we will still have access to Wikipedia by then) 5.89.215.154 (talk) 14:11, 17 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Aggree, 5.89.215.154 and it has gotten worse on April 12 with this edit. It is sourced but the amount of detail is inappropriate, plus it is WP:RECENTISM. LBDon do you want to shorten this or start a freestanding article? Otherwise I feel this addition needs to be reverted.--Wuerzele (talk) 23:55, 25 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

Just found following review-discussion I am missing in the article. Maybe someone has time to review it and finds interesting topics
