Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Timing advance. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Any equivalents in later standards?

Mentioning similar features in newer standards that can determine the distance from the base station (if they exist) likely makes sense ~2026-32241-87 (talk) 08:11, 30 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Thank you very much for this interesting topic! I just added some wikilinks and did minor adjustments to the wording.

I would like add two tiny recommendations, which is first of all: In one paragraph, you are using numbers as text and you say "kilometers", "microseconds", ... and in the next, you are using it as formulae and with the abbreviations. For the reader's flow, it would be a little bit easier if you chose one format. Another optional adjustment could be to add a picture - I know, not an easy topic for that, but it could look nice.

Other than that, thanks for your contribution! Nc2026 (talk) 12:57, 3 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I noticed that in the GSM paragraph the numpers and unit of measurements are inserted with a different formatting than the rest of the page. For the rest, all good. Nice work! Mêtis-Kitsune (talk) 13:41, 3 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Thank you very much for your contribution.

One small recommendation; I would try to add images. I know that it might be difficult regarding the topic but that could really improve the readability.

Thank you! MatteoG1999 (talk) 13:17, 3 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
