Pronouns

Pratt's own writing alternates (roughly) between male and female pronouns in self-reference (eg http://www.timpratt.org/?page_id=45 ). I couldn't find anything in wikipedia policy that deals with this, but the current version of the article's use of exclusively male pronouns seems misleading.
