Algorithm - Not AI or Machine Learning
[edit]Utilises an algorithm - no machine learning and not AI under the current meaning of 'artificial intelligence'.
Publicly available information shows they utilise Yodlee API (a banking scraper), which uses databases of merchants to identify and categorise transactions. It also picks up payments to accounts the applicant may have forgot to disclose and flags them. It's an algorithm; not an AI and no (under the current definition) machine learning is involved.
Tiimely's XAI (xapii) product appears to be a GUI wrapper for Yodlee to display and further analyse the data, I'm unable to find creditable citations indicating it's actually AI or machine learning.
See "What’s Yodlee and how does it add value to Tic:Toc?" section as citation. https://financial-marketer.com/tictoc-time-traditional-home-loans/ 103.100.227.136 (talk) 00:32, 15 September 2025 (UTC)
