Recommendation to split content into two articles - company and software, with a disambiguation page

[edit]

This article starts out to be about the software product, but then jumps into company information. It's more common to have a company article first, with a product section, and if a product is notable enough in it's own right, there would then be an article for the product as well. I'm recommending a content split and disambiguation page to accomplish this.Timtempleton (talk) 08:52, 24 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

I've now restructured the article. I don't think a split is necessary. Given the amount of material, the resulting articles would both be stubs. This article is now about the company and the product has its own section. --Dodi 8238 (talk) 20:00, 16 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Implemented @Mikemilleronline: The page name has been changed. The app infobox still refers to the product as TigerText. As mentioned 2 years ago, the app information will remain on this page. Please advise if the app's infobox should be changed to TigerConnect. When ready to reply, please change the edit request template's answer parameter to read from ans=yes to ans=no. Thank you .spintendo) 06:33, 13 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
