This is the same Thomas Sowell. Sowell had a late-talking child so he researched that subject and published a couple of books about it. He is an economist who has also written some about child development. Lorenmaxwell (talk) 15:49, 19 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

He served during the Korean War, but never saw the country, he trained and served as a photographer.
