Is he still in prison? If so is he due to serve his full term?

Bias??

I just watched an episode on "City Confidential" about this particular incident. While I may not always agree with their conclusions, they do appear to have a balanced reporting style to include all of the facts. And many times, I will become interested in a subject and do further research, which I did in this case. I was quite surprised to read comments by Judith Haney that claim this man is some type of killer monster. Her article is cited on the Junta article page for further research. Her article looked like it came from a news reporter. However, further research indicates that she is the sole owner of a website that she has titled "US News Link." Unless people are willing to do the research before jumping to conclusions, they might actually believe all of the accusations Ms. Haney has claimed in her article about this supposed "monster." In the article, Ms. Haney has posted a photo claiming that this was Mr. Junta's description of his attack that killed the other father. That is also not according to the show, which had the same photo but it was a photo from Mr. Junta's description of the attack against him and what he was trying to do to defend himself.

I am not defending Mr. Junta. I find the entire situation deplorable and extremely unnecessary. However, unlike Ms. Haney, I find that there is enough blame to go around. The people putting pressure on small children to WIN, WIN, WIN, at all costs. and what about professional sports? Just how much have they had a negative influence upon our children lately? Yes, this was unfortunate because two families lost their fathers and it should not be an incident to use to propagate hatred or your own news service that you now want to sell!
