John Osborne at trial of Thomas Colley

This article states that, "John survived and testified at Colley's trial." but the entry for Ruth Osborne states, "Her dead body was tied to her husband, who was alleged to have died shortly afterwards from the cruel treatment he received, but who ultimately recovered, though he was unable to give evidence at the trial."
