Sadly, Waves of democracy and The Third Wave: Democratization in the Late Twentieth Century are the only related articles that cover waves of democracy and autocracy. Based on what I've seen, there's not enough RS about the first and second waves of democracy/autocracy to merit their own articles. I hope this answers your question.
