I think Theodoricus monachus is more commonly used and I'd prefer to move the article back there. I've never seen him referred to as anything but Theodoricus. I see Google Books gives some hits for Theodoric the monk (most often with lower-case 'm' and sometimes referring to a fellow from Durham) but there are many more hits for Theodoricus monachus, even if the search is restricted to English. The same holds when the search is restricted to recent works. I don't, of course, mind keeping the anglicization as an alternative form in the article text.
