Fair use rationale for Image:Buffy313.jpg

Image:Buffy313.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Continuity (crimped hair)

The continuity section for this episode seems incorrect as all the characters in this episode are playing themselves normally. There's no brainwashing or characters not being themselves. It might be worth saying Buffy has crimped hair, and then in further episodes this is used as a signifier but in this episode it is just coincidental? 83.167.176.128 (talk) 09:20, 22 September 2025 (UTC)

I believe that the "change in character" in this episode being referred to is how the rest of the cast is unusually dismissive of Xander. However, that entire section aught to be removed as of the citations used only one of them comes from a reliable source and it does not mention the episode.
