I want to add Don Edkins again. He was stated as a founder of Why in a previous draft, but I can't find a source for this, other than he was director for 10 years, seemlingly since 2004 where STEPS International was started. That he is involved in Why should be perfectly stated and sourced in the article about him.

I'm also wondering about the renaming, which seems odd since STEPS still exists with Don Edkins as director after 2014, for instance in this interview in 2016: http://edn.network/news/news-story/article/edn-member-of-the-month-don-edkins/?tx_ttnews%5BbackPid%5D=111 -- is there a source that can clarify the difference between current STEPS^[1] and STEPS International?
