They are on Facebook, where it is punctuated

On TURN's website, they use a graphic design that uses 2 lines instead of punctuation, but that's only suitable where graphics are appropriate.
Long ago, the organization's name was Toward Utility Rate Normalization. That name is useful when finding historical information about it. When did the name change happen? Oaklandguy (talk) 23:56, 26 July 2019 (UTC)
