Cleanup

I started work on the cleanup. It still needs a lot of work. I will work on taking a good, representative screenshot of the Palace, since the article really needs one. Beasticles 20:04, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

"Korn Korner" was launched in 1997 and revamped in 1998. The developer was Tod Foley of As If Productions. http://asifproductions.com/korn.html

"The World of South Park" predated the Korn palace by about half a year. It was also developed by Tod Foley, and ran a number of regular interactive "TV shows" using "The Palace Viewer" (an add-on that permitted audience members in the Palace site to converse with performers in a popup window). The World of South Park was closed on New Years' Eve, December 31st, 1999, in an online interactive storyline in which staff "wizards" and their fellow users destroyed the online environment one room at a time. http://asifproductions.com/southpark.html

I recently did some edits because I noticed my name had been misspelled as "Baumgardner" and an incorrect reference to the New York Times had been added (both by user AreoXJose). The Palace was created when I was an employee of Time Warner Interactive (not the New York Times).
