Category Music Journals?

I'm not convinced that this belongs in "Category:Music journals" (for "This category is for scholarly music periodicals, that is, academic journals devoted to the study of music." - that is not what The Musical Times and Singing-Class Circular, now The Musical Times, has ever been in purpose, whatever the considerable quality of certain of its content) any more, or less, than Neue Zeitschrift für Musik, which is in with the regular ol' Category:Music magazines.
