One article for the novel, one for the film, one for the game. Her Pegship 00:58, 25 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks!! And if you're into this sort of thing, take a look at User:Eagle 101/films that are also novels list. Her Pegship 04:18, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Is this still a stub?

Well, is it? The article isn't ultra-short anymore, although it consists mainly of a plot summary. --Peter Knutsen 21:21, 5 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks!

While this page could do with a major edit (talking about the themes Forsyth seized upon i.e. the Anti-Nuclear Sentiment in the UK at the time rather then just a plot summary) I'm so glad someone bothered to make a page about it. It is my favourite book of all time, I've just started reading it again for what must be the fifth time! Adam1983 06:18, 18 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

What interests me is the fact the "labour govt floundering and being taken by the hard left" was an actual scenario of the british securocracy in the 1970s. The suspicion was that if the Labour government was not ousted, it might be proped up by the support of the unions and the cpgb and have to implement a full-blooded socialist programme -- extensive nationalisation under worker control, etc. If no one else bothers to work this angle, I will.
