Frame produced as link to article advertising article

The frame produced for this article references Ray Croc instead of Ray Kroc. McDonald's Involvement

What, if any, is McDonald's involvement in the film? I can't imagine that it was done without their co-operation, so to what degree is this McDonald's propaganda? Is it completely independent? I have been curious about this question but this article doesn't answer that and I think it's important, given that the film looks - at a basic level - to be a feature length ad for McDonald's. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 120.152.141.122 (talk) 10:51, 7 December 2016 (UTC)

Filming locations

For those that are interseted, the locations where the resturant sets where built are

• McDonald brothers (San Bernardino) restaurant, several local businesses are visible in shots. 33.374474°N 84.797615°W / 33.374474; -84.797615 (The Founder McDonald brothers restaurant film location)
• franchise (golden-arches) restaurant (was redressed as each different midwestern franchise location in the movie), note the newly sealed parking lot. The parking lot was restriped to represent different locations: 33.749554°N 84.749988°W / 33.749554; -84.749988 (The Founder golden arches restaurant film location)

Each restaurant had a functional kitchen and was used for a few days of filming and then removed.--RadioFan (talk) 20:46, 4 September 2017 (UTC)

Recent edits appear to be missing the point of the film

User:IllaZilla just made a bunch of edits that imply that they have either never seen the film or did not understand the point it was trying to make. The previous version of the plot summary was a much more accurate and faithful summary.

For example, it was improper to delete the critical fact that McDonald's feeds about 1% of the world's population every day. This is raised at the end in order to raise the important question in the minds of the audience: whether all of Ray Kroc's shenanigans were worth it (whether the end justifies the means).
