For future reference
[edit]"The Catch" in football happened in the 1981 NFC Championship Game. Yes, the actual event was in 1982, but it was the 81 season and the NFL counts championship game years based on the year of the season. I changed it, but in case anyone tries to come back and "fix it"....

Added Willie Mays' Catch to the Top of the List
[edit]No one would debate the fact that Willie Mays' catch is by far the most well known and historically significant catch on this list. Therefore, I am moving it to the top and putting it in bold. The vast majority of people who look up "The Catch" will be searching for this article. Notecardforfree (talk) 06:49, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
