The sentence "Its motto 'To serve the national city and through it the nation' reflects the importance its original owners placed on serving the needs of what was then a town focused around the Federal Parliament." is a direct copy-and-paste job from The Canberra Times' website, so I've removed it, pending a re-write. Media Bias

It's generally called 'left-wing', although it references a lot of views from both right and left sides (obviously being a paper in an area that contains politicians, it will contain a lot of political discussion...) angelofdarkness 15:08, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

Newspaper format

The intro currently states that the newspaper moved from broadsheet to tabloid format in 1956. The article clarifies that it then returned to broadsheet in 1964 before once again going tabloid in 2016.

The paper's format does not seem to be of particular use to the casual visitor, so I have removed reference to it entirely from the summary rather than leaving the existing misleading text. 58.6.170.104 (talk) 07:26, 8 September 2022 (UTC)
