[edit]This is an excellent outline of the book. But I'm seeing red -- too much. No criticism of what's there, which is fine. But possibly the key ideas of key chapters could be expanded on (not necessarily in chapter form). A fuller exposition might tempt more readers to visit the original.

- Its an old article of mine that needs copyedit and expansion. Some redlinks possibly can be redirected to existing article. Hyperlinks
[edit]The hyperlinks in the chapter titles are misleading. For example "The Bicameral Legislature" does not, as it would seem, lead to a summary of the chapter, but a general page on bicameral legislatures (where Buchanan is not mentioned). This is true for a number of the links from the chapter titles. To make it less misleading, perhaps just "Bicameral Legislature" should be the hyperlink, rather than including the article.
