Redirect

[edit]

I'm redirecting this back to the author's page for now. There are more sources here than for other unreleased books and there's more certainty that this book will receive more coverage than some of the other books out there, but so far everything is a little light. Most of the coverage stems back to the same 1-2 things and most of it is about the author rather than the book. It's more appropriate to have an article for the author and have this redirect there until the book receives a little more in-depth coverage. I imagine that it shouldn't take long, but it's a little WP:TOOSOON for a separate article right now.Tokyogirl79 (talk) 06:42, 13 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Author's Preferred Texts

[edit]

Opening for discussion: I feel the Bone Season books should now have the covers of the Author's Preferred Texts as the main images representing them here. Both author and publisher clearly see them as the "official" editions that have, for all intents and purposes, overwritten and replaced the originals, with new separate ISBNs. The covers of the Author's Preferred Texts make more sense to me on Wikipedia for the sake of visual consistency and recognition, ensuring users can quickly identify that this is the book/series they were trying to find, rather than showing discontinued older jackets that have now been allowed to go out of print.
