[edit]

There are literally thousands of uses of this term in computer science papers: http://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&q=%22term+graph%22&btnG=&as_sdt=1%2C5&as_sdtp=

Perhaps this article should be changed to "term graph rewriting" but deletion seems to be unwarranted.  Preceding unsigned comment added by Eptified (talkcontribs) 19:15, 23 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

It makes some sense as "term graph rewriting"; but none as "term graph". I'm forced to admit that the term is probably used in non-fringe scholarly journals, although not in any journals I had ever read. That's not to say that anything presently here should necessarily be in the new article; only the last sentence has enough meaning to have potential placement. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 07:30, 24 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thinking it over, it makes sense as a paragraph in graph rewriting. It doesn't have much independent use. Proposing a merge. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 07:37, 24 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
